Domain Champion

Role Summary

The Domain Champion lead technical support to Clients, acts as mentor to Technical Sales Engineers in TGT. He /she will be responsible for the discipline as a Technical Sales Manager or Domain champion. This role will be reporting to Country Director.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide well integrity and engineering technical support
  • Lead Technical Support to Clients
  • Grow TGT business with IOC’s & local operators in Nigeria
  • Lead and provide technical supports to sales team to achieve business plan
  • Preparation of quality presentations for internal and external use.
  • Participate in preparation of SPE/Technical papers and presentations.
  • Participate in the designing processes for data investigation and analyze well integrity problems to recommend data acquisition
  • Design and develop strategy to carry out well integrity studies
  • Provide artificial lift & production optimization support

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum BSc with a relevant Degree in or related discipline (preferably Petroleum Engineering), 7+ years’ experience in the oil industry as a Well Integrity or Production Technology or Reservoir Engineering background. Some operations knowledge desired.
  • Good knowledge and practice of well integrity and corrosion management
  • Strong Cased Hole background (CBL / PLT / Temperature)
  • Good knowledge & experience of artificial lift mechanisms & production optimization techniques
  • Experience in well structure and well completion design process.
  • Must be able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good technical writing skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work with multi-functional teams in multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to prioritize projects and must have good inter-personal skills
